The part you can not see is the construction on the other side of the bridge. The right lane mainly gets closed off for the MS riders. This is a first for 2004. The two in the red, white and blue are Mike's friends for the past 4 years. The girl on the right has rode in the tour since she was 11 years old. They raised little and did not complete the first year. Now they raise a lot and finish with no problem. The cyclist on the far left is a friend of theirs.
